American Red Cross Mission;: The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.

Services Provided in Wilbarger County Health & Safety Training, such as classes in Standard First Aid, Community First Aid and Safety, Adult CPR, Infant & Child CPR, Learn to Swim Levels 1-7; Infant and Preschool Swimming, Lifeguard Training, Babysitter's Training and Sport Safety Training.	Disaster Services A local disaster plan is kept updated, disaster equipment id maintained and supplies are kept in inventory to be used in times of disaster. Adequate numbers of trained workers are available for local disasters as well as being able to respond to national and international disasters.	Armed Forces Emergency Services A program which provides emergency communications, referrals, and assistance for members of the Armed Forces and their families in Wilbarger County.
